Your orders are top priority and will be shipped as soon as possible,
depending on availability, otherwise, allow 2-4 weeks after order is
received for delivery.
Outside the contiguous United States, inquire about shipping rates, or
pay with credit card and actual shipping/handling rates will be
charged. If insurance is available in your country, it will be applied.
Please e-mail or fax to inquire if available. If it is not available,
order will be shipped at customer risl. Please state surface or air
shipping preference.
Returned Checks due to insufficient funds will be charged $20.
UPS and postal rates continue going up every year. In order to keep
shipping costs down, your order will be shipped at once, unless there
is an unreasonable delay on an item which in that case your order will
be split shipped. We ship fast, but it may take (or may not) a bit
longer in the summer.
Delinquent accounts accept responsibility for the unreasonable cost of
collection including, but not limited to, legal attorney fees.
Return Policy: Returns allowed withint 30 days, if in resalable
condition and accompanied with receipt, except software, videos, CD's
and tapes which are returnable only if defective. Of course supplements
and personal care items are nonreturnable. Please pack carefully in
original or other sturdy box with packing peanuts or white paper around
book (do not use newspaper as ink gets on the books) and ship via UPS.
10% restocking charge on return of any item that was received with free
shipping. 5% restocking charge on all other returns. All sales final.
Customer is responsible for return shipping fees. If order is damaged
during shipping, please contact UPS immediately. IMPORTANT: No returns
will be accepted in mailing envelopes, because of the damage incurred.
Thanks for understanding! Original invoice must be included before
return can be processed.
Special orders are sold on a nonreturnable basis.
If there is an error in your mailing label, please don't call, but
write and let us know of the error and correction. Please inform us of
a change of address.
